TRANSITIONAL LIVING PROGRAM COORDINATIOR – DOVER, NH AREA (part-time)
Child and Family Services seeks an enthusiastic and passionate care coordinator for our Transitional Living Program. The care coordinator works collaboratively with youth (ages 18-22) experiencing homelessness and/or housing instability. This position requires outreach and engagement of at-risk youth prior to program enrollment and on-going after-care once the young person transitions from the home. Duties include the recruitment, training and supervision of youth residents as well as Resident Assistants. Some oversight of building maintenance is required. BA + 3 years related experience is required, particularly as it relates to disconnected and vulnerable youth. A working knowledge of drug/alcohol use, mental health, and knowledge of community resources a plus. Must be able to work independently and work flexible hours. The ideal candidate will be self motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, with a passion for working with young adults. COMPUTER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN, MANCHESTER, NH AREA (part-time)
The Computer Support Tech will be responsible for providing the first level of support for staff as well as assisting in the management of the agency's hardware and software needs related to network and end users. Responsibilities include providing in person and phone support to employees, maintaining system backups, setting up and configurations of computer systems and phones as well as handling the addition and removal of staff on the Active Directory domain. May occasionally assist in after hours support of IT services as needed. One year experience in Microsoft Windows operating systems, Active Directory and network printers required as well as previous experience providing a consistent high level of telephone support for users and end user training on advanced issues. Knowledge of Cisco Meraki network or Cisco Unified Communication Manager a plus. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, able to multi task and work with little supervision. CLINICAL SUPERVISOR/PROGRAM COORDINATOR IHB/ISO PROGRAMS - MANCHESTER, NH AREA 
The Clinical Supervisor/Program Coordinator's responsibilities include administrative and clinical oversight of the statewide CFS child welfare programs. Responsibilities include assigning cases to staff overseeing casework and therapeutic components of the programs as well as clinical supervision, training, reviewing treatment plans and other required documentations. You will also be responsible for ensuring staff compliance with agency and state program regulations pertaining to record keeping, report writing and statistical reporting. As the Supervisor/Coordinator you will attend provider meetings and work in collaboration with DJJS/DCYF. Additional responsibilities include working to ensure staff adheres to the required data entry protocols, recruit, hire, train and evaluate program staff.
Qualifications: Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field as well as a minimum of two years supervisory experience working with families and adolescents, prior casework experience required. Licensed candidates preferred. The ideal candidate will have good organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize workloads. The coordinator will need to be available as necessary for home and community based treatment meetings as convenient for the child, family and foster family. NH VISITATION CENTER PROGRAM MANAGER – LEBANON, NH AREA
The Family Visitation Program Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Safe Visitation and Exchange Program. This program provides supervised visit and exchange services for families affected by domestic violence and contentious divorce, and children in the custody of Vermont Department for Children and Families whose parents need additional training and supervision to be reunited with their children. The Program Manager will be responsible for generating and managing referrals, hiring and training staff, developing staff schedules, completing intake assessments with families, managing a wait-list and at times, supervising visits.
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice or related field preferred with at least two years of management experience or Bachelor's Degree in similar fields with five years of management experience. Candidates must demonstrate effective skills in dealing with families involved in abuse/neglect situation as well as those involved with domestic violence and contentious divorce. A thorough knowledge of community resources is expected. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to solve problems quickly and be familiar with de-escalation techniques.
