SENIOR CASE MANAGER, HUMAN TRAFFICING PROGRAM - MANCHESTER, NH AREA
Are you a culturally sensitive collaborative case manager/social worker who wants to have an impact working on a newer initiative? This program is aimed at providing direct services to victims of human trafficking (all ages) across the state of New Hampshire through intensive case management. Child and Family Services is seeking a Senior Case Manager who will be responsible for managing and screening new referrals, completing intakes and assessments with clients, developing service plans based on clients' goals, as well as identifying and supporting client access to appropriate services in the community. Additional responsibilities include attending local, state and federal meetings related to human trafficking and facilitating training events for various professional and community groups around NH.
Bachelor's degree in social work or related field with 5 years of experience working with vulnerable populations, including case management, required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary as well as the ability to handle multiple priorities. Skilled at using a victim centered, trauma informed approach to working with individuals as well as a thorough knowledge of community resources considered a plus. This is a full time statewide position based in Manchester, NH. Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule to include some nights and weekends. OUTREACH WORKER/DROP-IN CENTER STAFF - MANCHESTER, NH AREA
In this full time position, you will work with a team to provide prevention, outreach, crisis intervention, intensive case management, support services, and aftercare to homeless and runaway youth ages 12-22 as well as to manage and supervise the Youth Resource Center – Drop-in. Work with youth to build trusting relationships, reduce and prevent sexual exploitation, and improve community awareness. Provide needs assessments, survival aid and basic needs services, intensive case management, and referrals as the first point of contact for homeless and runaway youth on the street, in the community, and in the Youth Resource Center – Drop-in. BA in social work or related field with minimum one-year experience working with youth required. Seeking someone with an energetic, outgoing personality, who can work a flexible schedule, including some evenings. Must be able to work independently and be a team player. Good organizational skills, ability to multi-task, time management skills, motivation, and willingness to think outside the box a must. Candidate must be licensed by the NH Board of Mental Health (LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT) and have two or more years experience providing clinical services to children and families. Experience with young children a plus.
