The CFS Home Care program is funded in part by a Manchester City Improvement Project grant, NH Department of Health and Human Services, the Mary Gale Foundation and the United Way.

 

Fees 

Service-based fee; sliding-scale for all other eligible clients; free service for title xx and HC/BC clients
