A one-time deep cleaning of the client’s home to make their home environment a place that we can safely serve the client. This service usually requires more than one provider and may include, but is not limited to: removal of spoiled food, broken lamps, frayed electric cords, broken furniture, expired medications, clothing on floors, chairs and tub, elimination of clutter in front of exit door, washing walls and woodwork, and cleaning and replacing bed linen.
What are the roles of homemakers and companions?
Homemakers and companions are dedicated, compassionate, mature and responsible. They are trained and supervised members of a professional team and carry out assigned tasks according to a personalized plan of care. They are not nurses, domestics or social workers, but they help with the following:
